ICT support topics for over-50s

Our support system is delivered by email. Each ‘topic’ is a part-work — a series of bite-size tutorial emails which we send at approximately 5-day intervals. When you sign up, you always start at the beginning. You can stop at any time. You can repeat any topic if you have accidentally deleted the support emails.

Sign up for this if you have a seniors.org.uk email account. You will learn everything there is to know about seniors.org.uk webmail, and also how to access it with desktop email programs like Thunderbird or Outlook. People with Gmail (Googlemail) email accounts would also find it useful, as seniors.org.uk uses the same system.

Sign up for this if you use, or intend to use, portable Thunderbird Mail on a USB flash drive. With Thunderbird Mail you can read and send email from any email account, even webmail-based systems like Yahoo and Hotmail.
